I haven’t been very active lately; but that was anticipated with earnings season in full-swing! My attention went to earnings calls, taking notes, listening to MORE earnings calls… it’s not over 😅 That being said; I’d like to highlight a couple market opportunities across multiple industry that I’m personally monitoring. This is for the top today on this beautiful Saturday morning — here are my thoughts: 1. Mega-cap Opportunities: I believe $GOOGL and $AMZN to be the easiest choices amongst the biggest companies in the world. $META is frankly an awesome opportunity too. Investors should be aware of insane levels of CAPEX spending, however. The AI thesis is alive! 2. AI Derivative Opportunities: Cyber security is one of the most obvious opportunities I see coming in the years ahead. AI scaling will be demand more robust and enchanted cyber solutions. At the moment, $CRWD & $PANW have been taking some negative market pressure, and I suspect this will continue to happen until we see mergers wrap up and negative 2024 outage repercussions conclude. $S and $OKTA are two acquisition candidates in personally monitoring in this space <— $MSFT Acquiring $OKTA wouldn’t surprise me! 3. Credit Rating Reform Opportunity: I think $FICO scaled their pricing model WAY too quickly. Anyone following this company would have also anticipated that this could cause undesired attention from regulators. Well, they’re now sniffing around, and the CEO didn’t help the situation. Even though I think the CEO is right about the cost of the scoring, I suspect more negative pressure on the stock, which could pose an opportunity for this interested in starting a position 👀 4. Secondary AI App Opportunities: This vector really highlights smaller companies that are positioned to benefit tremendously from the convent of AI at scale. These companies tend to be in a niche or an emerging industry ready to rock and roll from AI tailwinds. My brain goes to the following names: - $DUOL - $ZETA - $NOW - $TEAM Some have high valuations, some don’t. But one thing is common — they’re all growing ridiculously FAST. Worth a watch in my opinion. 5. Clothing & Apparel Industry Opportunity: Absolutely hammered by tariff ‘threats’ and plateauing North American sales, due to high rates and what seems to be slim liquidity for the consumer… strong apparel brands have been smoked this year. $LULU and $DECK are both down well over 35% each for the year and continue to see negative market pressures. However! Their fundamentals continue scale, and quickly. I see a lot of tailwinds for these names, and a potential opportunity for a valuation play here. Not sure yet, I’m watching this space though! Alright, so that’s a quick blitz from me. I’ll be back with a portfolio update soon. I’ve made a lot of changes recently and I want to update the community! 🙌 Peace! ✌️

My main complaint with apparel is how quickly it can become taboo. One drunken tirade from an idiot in the C-Suite, or an unfavourable exchange on social media, and widespread boycotting, or even the fear of boycotting, could immediately cut sales volume and consumer confidence in the brand. I hold the same fear for other companies, but clothing is so obvious : if it becomes taboo to wear Lulu, people won’t. the same issue doesn’t exist in many other sectors. Just an opinion ! Fundamentals matter, but fundamentals are tied to popularity in the fashion world, whereas popularity is irrelevant when the only energy company you are allowed to use is unpopular, you still have to use them !

I have had $S on my radar for sometime , decided I am going to pull the trigger at the current share price . The revenue growth and expansion of its platform make me want to get on board ! Partnerships with companies like $GOOGL and $AMZN sold me as well . Thanks for the great post !

Thanks for the excellent report for a Saturday morning reading, Nick. Could you please explain how the merger and/or acquisition affects the companies involved in that agreement?
