I genuinely do not understand how $OSCR is down around 10% after these earnings. Revenue grew 70%. MLR improved from 91.1% to 79.2%. SG&A ratio fell to a record 14.2%. Management also raised full-year earnings from operations guidance from $250Mβ$450M to $500Mβ$700M and improved MLR guidance. This was an awesome quarter with an even better outlook. The stock reaction makes absolutely no sense to me.

Pretty clear reason IMO⦠Uncertainties as highlighted by executives on earnings call. Specifically visibility challenges and risks regarding ACA marketplace utilization trends. Taken a step further, management warned policy & market dynamics could result in increased membership churn. The market pays up for certainty and down for uncertainty.

This quarter has been plagued with post earnings reactions that make zero sense.
