Apparently $IREN is signing a potential deal with Anthropic... The deal is part of Anthropic's latest tranche of roughly $530 billion of data center leases. Last week alone $IREN dropped 13%, and it's down almost 18% in the last month. The bulls are saying it's 50% undervalued, with some fair value estimates as high as $90. The bears say 19x sales for an unprofitable company is a lot to pay right now, especially with dilution and Bitcoin exposure in the mix. Both sides have a point. Where do you land on $IREN here?
