This morning showed why a good quarter is not always enough. One company grew revenue 32% and still fell hard. Another grew 26% and jumped about a third.
Here are 4 worth researching. 👇
📌 The Watchlist

2. Backblaze | $BLZE: Cloud storage provider whose B2 service stores data for AI builders and app companies. Q3 revenue rose 26% to $46.7 million, B2 revenue jumped 47% to $30.5 million, it raised full year guidance to $177.8 million to $178.2 million, and it holds a multi-year CoreWeave agreement worth about $335.1 million in total contract value.
3. Dynatrace | $DT: Software observability platform that monitors apps and AI systems for performance problems. Fiscal Q2 revenue rose 17% to $579.9 million and adjusted EPS of $0.54 beat estimates, but it cut full year adjusted EPS guidance to $1.88 to $1.90 and the stock fell about 15% in premarket trading.
4. Ferrari | $RACE: Luxury sports car maker. Q3 revenue rose 7% to 1.896 billion euros, net profit reached 431 million euros, it raised 2026 revenue guidance to 7.65 billion euros, and its order book now reaches into 2028.
📌 The Part Worth Saving
A beat or a miss on one line is a reason to research a stock. It is not a reason to buy blindly.
Look for:
- Which line actually missed or beat: revenue, margins, or guidance
- Whether guidance went up or down with the result
- Whether the reaction is about the quarter or the outlook
- Whether growth is still strong even after a selloff
The best question: When a stock falls on a growing quarter, do you check the guidance first or the headline first?
Education only, not financial advice.
