holding nvda through this too. the memory glut question is what i keep wondering about.

Lou raises the key point in the comments: the hyperscalers can fund most of the buildout from cash flow, but the newer neoclouds lean heavily on debt, and that's where the market is getting nervous. For memory names like MU and SK Hynix, HBM supply for next year is reportedly largely sold out, so a near-term glut looks unlikely unless AI capex guidance gets cut. I'd watch the Q4 capex updates from the big four as the real signal for whether this selloff is a dip or a trend change.

Holding NVDA through this too, but memory is the piece I can't settle on. If the glut chatter is right, does cheap RAM end up helping the AI builders more than it hurts MU?
