More people should get a loan to start a business, invest in real estate and/or go to school.. I disagree with the people who say avoid debt completely. Relying entirely on a standard income while trying to manually budget your way out of rising expenses makes it incredibly difficult to truly get ahead.

I agree bro, unless you have the cash handy and ready to give it away then why put yourself into debt. Cash to me will always be king. But if you don't have the cash you must get a loan. Let's hope they can pay off that loan. But OPM iway more better than MOM. MOM is to save and invest to make more.
