It's not that they don't know; most people don't understand what it means. Unless you truly dive into econ one on one and all you've known in the past 3 years is about the market going up and up. All you see are bears being bears 🐻. Don't know if you noticed, while bonds went up this week, the market also closed in the green this week because no one gives a damn about the 10-year and the 30-year until the hammer hits.
