— Elon Musk confirmed that both companies have set up special committees to explore a historic mega-merger! If approved, it could create a massive $3.5 trillion to $5 trillion corporate titan. Why are they looking to team up? 1. Super Tech: Sharing AI software, custom microchip designs, and humanoid robot tech (Optimus). 2. Starlink Power: Satellite internet linking up directly with self-driving cars, Cybercabs, and smart robots on Earth. 3. Cash Meets Innovation: Tesla’s steady cash flow helps fund SpaceX’s massive space exploration and satellite goals. So who really wins? 1. Elon Musk: Tightens his overall leadership and unifies all his AI, robotics, and space goals under one roof. 2. Shareholders: Gain access to both worlds, space tech, EV production, AI, and autonomous driving. 3. The Catch? You can no longer invest in them separately. Tesla's capital could be tied up in high-risk space projects, and agreeing on a fair stock exchange price will be tricky. Tickers & Funds to Watch: 1. $TSLA (Tesla): The main electric vehicle and robotics leader at the heart of the deal. 2. $SPCX (SpaceX): The rocket launch and Starlink satellite giant. 3. $QQQM / $ARKX: Tech and innovation funds tracking big market movers. The good part about (joining Tesla and SpaceX together to make a super-huge company worth trillions of dollars, mixing electric cars, space rockets, and smart robots) is that they can share cool technology and help each other grow. But the bad part is that you cannot buy them separately anymore, figuring out a fair price will be tough, and government rules might block the deal. Would you love to see SpaceX and Tesla unite, or do you think they are better off separate? — This is for information and it’s not financial advice.

It will become one company. Been saying it for years now. It's Inevitable. But I sold out of Tesla last year, so I don't have a dog in the fight anymore.

The owner of Tesla and the owner of SpaceX are both eccentric and either of them could through a wrench into the negotiations. To be a fly in that wall. 😆

i like the idea of one company, but losing the choice to hold them separately would bother me.
