Why I Avoid Unprofitable Businesses Like $TE $IREN $CIFR $CRWV $SPCX

1) High Dilution Risk
2) High Stock Based Compensation
3) Highly Unlikely Future Promises
4) Impossible to Value in Times of Panic

I want as low as downside volatility with and high upside potential, and I believe that is more achievable with a basket of highly profitable, high growth, low valuation metrics businesses

Number 4 is the one I feel as an ASTS holder. In a selloff there's no earnings floor to point at, so does a big cash pile change the math for you, or is unprofitable just a hard no?
