I added another 40 shares to my $LUNR position today at $12.22. That bumped my position up by 40%, and it now makes up 1.86% of my portfolio. My thesis hasn’t changed. The Lanteris acquisition turned Intuitive Machines into an end-to-end space company, which means it can go after a much wider range of government and commercial contracts. The fundamentals look stronger than ever, even though the stock has pulled back. The stock is trading near its 200 week SMA, which is the average price over almost the last four years. A lot of long-term buyers watch that level, and it gives me a spot I’m comfortable building around. Why DCA instead of one big buy? I don’t know if this is the exact bottom, and spreading my buys out lets me build a solid average price without needing to time it perfectly. This is still a high risk, high reward name, so I’m sizing it that way. I’m in it for the long term and plan to keep adding around these levels.
