Swing trading is not illegal so I'm not sure why people are mentioning CRA so much? This is in a non-registered account after all. Unless I don't know something, if so plz tell me haha

That profit might not really mean extra $ in your pocket as you are day trading maybe CRA will take more of it .. or maybe the extra profits from this over the year could push you into another tax bracket I’m not sure how many of these trades you should do before asking your accountant how it affects your entire financial picture.. Maybe I’m just a typical Canadian scared to trigger CRA but perhaps something to consider
