🥳 The Blossom investment round is officially closed as we have hit the limit that we can raise from non-accredited investors... beating our own record for the most successful equity crowdfunding round in Canadian history! ⚠️ If you are already in the process but stuck on ID verification, generating documents, doc signing, etc. due to Frontfundr issues you will still be able to invest (hence why we're closing it when Frontfundr still only shows $1M as there are a bunch of folks still stuck in those steps). 🙏 If you are an accredited investor (meaning you make over $200k a year or have over $1M in net worth) you are not subject to the same $1.5M limit so you will still be able to invest until the end of the week! 📈 A huge thank you to everyone who invested for your support. I'm excited to put your capital to work and grow your investment as we grow this incredible community! 😣 For those that faced issues in the process (i.e. having to wait an hour refreshing, etc.) I sincerely apologize. 💡 Reminder if you are accredited (make over $200k a year of have over $1M in net worth) you can still invest! To clarify, being ‘accredited’ isn’t a certificate or anything it’s just an income/net work requirement
