It’s been a long journey. I still remember investing my first 200$ into my TFSA and making a loss on my investment😂 It's been 1 year since I started investing (age 21). I have learned lots of painful lessons. I couldn’t stop panic selling at the beginning, and I thought maybe it was the stocks I was investing in. Turns out all stocks and ETFs will fluctuate, and what comes down usually will go back up. Now, with the experience I gained from my losses, I’m proud to announce I have made a 20.12% all-time return (Age 22), so, in other words, $5,784 in tax-free growth and dividend reinvestments!! As a 22-year-old student and working part-time, my returns basically paid off the student loans I owe!😂 I’m extremely grateful for the journey I’m on, and Im looking forward to growing my portfolio and increasing my income from dividends. Thank you so much for reading, and cheers!🥂
I just hit 10,000 YouTube subscribers, and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.🙏🏻❤️ So many of you from the Blossom community have watched my videos, left thoughtful comments, challenged my ideas, shared your own investing journeys, and simply encouraged me to keep creating. It genuinely means a lot. One of my favourite parts of this journey has been interviewing fellow Blossom members on my podcast. We've had some incredible conversations with investors from all walks of life, each with a unique story and perspective. If you missed any of them, you can now find the complete collection on: http://www.moementum.ca To everyone who has supported me—whether you've watched one video or one hundred, liked a post, commented, subscribed, or simply stopped by to say hello at a previous Blossom event—thank you. 🙏🏻 This milestone belongs as much to this amazing community as it does to me.💕 Now... I do have one tiny favour to ask. 😄 There are 128,000+ of you who follow me here on Blossom, but only 10,000 of you have found your way to YouTube. Unless my math is wrong (and let's be honest, investors usually double-check the math), I think there are still a few potential subscribers hiding out here. 😂 If you've been meaning to subscribe but haven't gotten around to it yet, I'd love to have you join the channel. Every subscriber, comment, and share helps me continue creating free investing content and interviewing more members of this incredible community. Thank you all again for being part of this journey. Here's to the next milestone.🥂❤️ read more
After a really nice green day yesterday, my portfolio finally reached $100K! Took 6 years of investing to get here, investing in a mix of etfs and individual stocks $XEQT$VFV$GOOGL$AMZN Keep up the great work everyone and don't give up 👏👏 If you have any questions on my investing journey, please send a comment :)
Hit 1,000 followers on here today! 🎉 Thank you to everyone following along. It’s been so great connecting and chatting with so many of you, both online and at events in person. 👋 I really appreciate the support, and I hope I’ve helped some people out in some way 🥺 I promise I’ll post tiktok content again soon… stay tuned 👀
It is to protect your long-term assets from short-term problems. Without enough liquidity, an unexpected event can force you to: Sell investments during a market decline. Pause long-term contributions. Take on expensive debt. That is why cash can still play an important role in a financial plan. Not because cash creates the highest return. But because it can protect your investments. Do you have emergency funds?read more
Another milestone today: $1.2M in investable assets, excluding home equity. Still hard to believe we’re up $200K since January😳 (inclusive of tax refunds, contributions and returns). There’s no trick to it. Just consistent investing and a long time horizon doing what they’re supposed to do. If I could pass along one thing: build around your own goals instead of copying what everyone else is doing. What works for someone else’s timeline, income, and risk tolerance may not work for yours. What’s the one piece of financial advice you’d give?
Slow and steady, chipping away at our goal of 150 shares. Bought one more today. ❓❓Curious what assets everyone else has conviction on over the next 5+ year time horizon? $TSLA$BTC & $YNVD have been our three high conviction growth oriented/single stock plays in our portfolio. The rest are diversified covered call ETFs 😍 With most of the Tesla stock in our TFSA, the plan is to have it majorly increase our TFSA room as it balloons over time.
This is an achievement for me. Almost 1-2 months back I posted that I have almost reached to my first goal of investing which was 10k. I wanted to reach this goal by the end of this year but I made it within first 7 months. I have contributed the highest amount towards my TFSA this year as compared to past years. Starting a few years back as a college student, saving up to 2k by 2025 and mid 2026, I have reached 10k. There’s still a lot more left but I always want to celebrate my little achievements as they motivate me further. If you have any tips for me to follow towards investing, stocks, dividends, please share them in the comments. Thank you to this amazing community for sharing everyday!!
On July 13, 2023, I started this portfolio with a simple long term goal: Double my money every 5 years. Today, just over 3 years later, the portfolio officially crossed +100%, reaching +100.36% since inception. For comparison, the S&P 500 (SPY) returned +75.22% over the same period. My original goal was to reach 100% by July 2028. I managed to get there roughly 1 year and 11 months ahead of schedule. I’m proud of the milestone, but I also know markets don’t move in straight lines. There have already been some significant swings along the way, and there will be plenty more. The strategy remains the same: own high quality businesses, think long term, stay disciplined, and let compounding do the heavy lifting.read more
I finally hit $60,000 This is crazy . If you would have told me a year ago I’d hit 60k portfolio I wouldn’t have believed it. But I’m here now and this is where consistency and discipline gets you. Start early and never stop.

With the run up in PayPal’s stock yesterday (and a portfolio that was for the most part ~90% in that one stock since 4 months ago), I decided to finally and substantially trim that position. Throughout my 4 month PayPal hold, I went from being up 720K at one point early on to being down 30K after the last earnings call, and now finally back up just about 1 million all in (realized + unrealized + dividends). To be honest, I was quite surprised how well I took the swings and didn’t let it bother my life. This was all possible because I separated the stock price movements from the many hours of underlying research that had lead me to invest in the first place, such as their net cash position + massive free cash flow + massive share repurchases, all while trading at only about 7x earnings at the time. I had a sense that I had put the hard work in and I just had to surrender the result to time and patience letting things play out. Thankful to God for each lesson I’ve learned on my investing journey. I’m still learning each day how to analyze companies better and hopefully to find multiple strong equities that are compelling enough I can diversify while getting good value and having to avoid speculative stocks that trade at sky high multiples built on optimism.

Good morning and a very happy Thursday sweet souls ☕️☀️ I reached a milestone for myself this morning, in completing my first 5k morning walk. It may not seem all that significant to most, but that is the target I set myself two months ago, which began with 3k daily and gradually moved to 4k. I’m planning on repeating this tomorrow, and then each weekday moving forward. I hope that each and every one of you are able to reach your goals, whether that be personal or professional. Sometimes the end goal can seem so far out of reach, so it helps to set smaller goals that lead to our final objective .. Emotional support stepping stones if you like ☺️ Wishing each of you nothing less than the kind of day you deserve Much love ❤️ read more
February 2nd 2026 i hit a goal of mine, 50k invested at 20. I was super stoked when i hit it. But to now see how far it’s come sense it’s just crazy to see, i was hoping to hit 100k before i turn 22, but now it might be doable before the end of the year!!🙌🏼 But just wanted to share my progress and let anyone just starting out know it is more then possible. When you just keep putting dollar after dollar in and let it work for you as well, it comes a lot faster then you think.
2.5 years ago I had $500 in my bank account and had to sell my car to renovate my parents house in India. Worked 2 jobs, saved every penny i could, and just hit $100k. 70% of it came in just the last year. first milestone done. more coming 💪**
I’m up about $19k in one day! My best performance day since I begin investing back in October 2018. Congratulations to all longs who participated in the market and are now collecting the best rewards!
